Jolie Gelman Weinberg

A graduate of Ohio State University, with honors, and Georgetown University Law Center, Juris Doctorate, Ms. Weinberg was a staff member of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and participated in clinical studies.  She is currently President of the Howard County Collaborative Professional group, and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Family Law Council Section.  She has presented parenting seminars for the National Family Resiliency Center, Inc. (NFRC) in Columbia, Maryland, the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, Inc., a speaker’s bureau for Maryland attorneys and various other organizations including Johns Hopkins University - APL, University of Maryland Law School and business organizations.  Ms. Weinberg is past President of the Maryland State Women’s Bar Association.  She is also a member of  the Maryland Judicial Nominating Commission.  Ms. Weinberg was recently selected to be on the Board of the Maryland Collaborative Practice Group, a statewide organization

Marni B. Schwartz

A graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, with honors, and the American University, Washington College of Law, Juris Doctorate, Ms. Schwartz was selected to participate in the Criminal Justice Clinic.  She is currently chairperson of the Howard County Bar Association Special Events Committee, a member of the Domestic Case Management Committee, and an active member of the Howard County Family Law Section.  Ms. Schwartz has spoken on Domestic Relations issues including divorce, domestic violence and representing children in contested custody cases for several organizations throughout Maryland including the Montgomery County Women’s Commission,  New Beginnings, an organization for newly separated and divorced individuals, the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education for Lawyers (MICPEL), and Johns Hopkins University-APL. Ms. Schwartz was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Domestic Violence Center of Howard County.

Susan Levine joined Weinberg & Schwartz, L.L.C. in 2006 as a Legal Assistant.

Nanette Jeffries joined Weinberg & Schwartz, L.L.C. in 2005 as a Legal Assistant.

Joy Glidden joined Weinberg & Schwartz, L.L.C. in 2002 as Office Manager.
